Mini Flaxseed Muffins

3/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup brown rice flour
1/4 cup tapioca flour
2 tablespoons whole flaxseed
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon guar gum
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons oil
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3/4 cup milk

Bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Makes 24 mini muffins.
